Kernow First Aid Solutions was founded by Philip McNevin, a qualified First Aid Instructor based in Penzance, Cornwall. After completing his instructor training with Nuco Training, Philip launched the business with a mission to provide high-quality, hands-on first aid training that’s accessible, practical, and empowering.

With a strong background in first aid, coaching, health & safety, and security, Philip brings calm, clear, and practical guidance to every course. He is fully qualified, DBS checked, and passionate about delivering engaging, confidence-building first aid training that is easy to understand and relevant to real-life situations.
Sarah Tregear – Admin & Support
Sarah manages bookings, course scheduling, and logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She provides friendly and efficient support to learners and organisations, assisting with enquiries, course arrangements, and pre-course information, and is often the first point of contact for the business.
