Our courses are delivered in Penzance and the surrounding areas. We also offer on-site training for businesses, schools, nurseries, and group bookings at your own venue.
Yes. All training is delivered by qualified, experienced, and fully insured instructors in line with awarding body requirements.
We run courses regularly throughout the year, with scheduled open courses and additional dates available for group or corporate bookings. Please check our course listings for upcoming dates.
Please bring your own lunch. Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be provided throughout the day, and all course materials are included as part of your booking.

Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid (1 day)
Level 3 Full Paediatric First Aid (2 day / blended learning)
These courses are ideal for early years staff, childminders, nannies, parents, and anyone working with babies and children.
Yes! We run Mini Medics courses during school holidays and some weekends. These are fun, engaging sessions designed to introduce children (typically aged 7–11) to basic first aid in a safe and age-appropriate way.
Yes. We offer group and corporate bookings and can deliver training on-site at your workplace or chosen venue. Discounts are available for group bookings.

Certification & Requirements
Yes. Most of our courses are accredited and meet HSE and industry standards. Our paediatric courses fully meet EYFS statutory requirements and are suitable for Ofsted-registered settings.
Yes. You’ll receive a recognised, accredited certificate valid for 3 years on all regulated courses. Certificates are issued in line with the awarding body requirements. If it is an unregulated course, you will receive a certificate of attendance.

Preparing for the Course
We provide everything you need, including course materials, a learner pack, and refreshments. Please bring a mug for hot drinks, lunch and wear comfortable clothing — practical sessions will involve floor work.
No prior experience is required. Our courses are suitable for beginners as well as those refreshing their skills.

For blended learning courses, learners must complete the online theory before attending the practical session. Full instructions will be sent after booking.

How do I book a course?
Courses can be booked directly through our website using our secure online booking system. Simply select your course date and complete the checkout process.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. For group or corporate bookings, invoice payment may be available by arrangement.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for practical activities, as some exercises will involve kneeling and working on the floor.
If you need to change your course date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
Please note that refunds or date changes are not permitted within 14 days of the course date. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another individual, such as a colleague or friend, at no additional cost. We simply ask that you notify us of the change in advance.
