Mini Medics First Aid is a fun, engaging, and educational introduction to first aid, specially designed for children aged 7 to 11 years old. Led by a fully qualified first aid instructor who is DBS checked, the sessions provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants.
It’s a non-regulated course that teaches young people basic life-saving skills in a relaxed, age-appropriate way.
We believe it’s never too early to learn how to help someone in an emergency—and Mini Medics makes it easy, memorable, and enjoyable.
The course is designed to build confidence, awareness, and kindness in young learners.

- What to do in an emergency
- How to call for help (999)
- Dealing with cuts, bumps, and bleeding
- CPR awareness and the recovery position
- First aid kits – what’s inside
- How to stay calm and safe
- Dealing with cuts, bumps, burns and nosebleeds
