Course Overview

This comprehensive two-day paediatric first aid course is designed for anyone working with babies and children in the UK. It is particularly suitable for:

Qualification

To gain the full qualification, learners must complete both units:

  • Unit 1: Emergency Paediatric First Aid
  • Unit 2: Managing Paediatric Illness, Injury and Emergencies

Duration

  • Minimum 12 classroom hours over 2 days
  • Available as a 12-hour blended learning course: complete the theory online at your own pace, followed by one full day of face-to-face practical training (minimum 6 hours in-person to meet EYFS standards)
