This one-day Accredited Level 3 course is ideal for workplaces that require an Emergency First Aider as identified in a first aid needs assessment. It meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

Learners will gain the knowledge and practical skills to handle a range of emergency situations confidently and effectively, becoming a designated Emergency First Aider in their workplace.

Who Should Attend?

This course is suitable for:

  • Individuals who are designated workplace first aiders
  • Businesses needing to meet minimum first aid requirements
  • Anyone looking to gain essential, life-saving first aid knowledge

Participants must be at least 14 years old. To act as a workplace first aider, individuals must be 16+ and considered suitable by their employer.

Duration

  • 6 hours of guided learning (typically over one full day)

    Includes all materials, certification, and an emergency first aid at work booklet.

Physical Requirements
