Course Overview
This one-day course is ideal for workplaces that require an Emergency First Aider as identified in a first aid needs assessment. It meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
Learners will gain the knowledge and practical skills to handle a range of emergency situations confidently and effectively, becoming a designated Emergency First Aider in their workplace.

Participants must be at least 14 years old. To act as a workplace first aider, individuals must be 16+ and considered suitable by their employer.

Physical Requirements
