Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Kernow First Aid Solutions, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can continue to deliver high-quality training.
1. Cancellations by You
- More than 28 days before the course: A full refund will be issued, or you may transfer to another available course at no extra cost.
- 14–28 days before the course: A 50% refund will be issued, or you may transfer to another course date (subject to availability).
- Less than 14 days before the course: No refund will be given, but you may transfer your booking to another person (e.g., a colleague or friend).
2. Non-Attendance
- If you fail to attend a booked course without prior notice, no refund or transfer will be given.
3. Transfers & Substitutions
- You may transfer your place to another individual at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the course starts.
4. Cancellations by Kernow First Aid
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a course (e.g., due to trainer illness or low enrolment), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
5. Refund Processing
- All refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
